The Mental Goalie
The values on the banner over our ice
Everything a player needs under one roof: real ice with painted creases and a full net, an exercise room for training off the ice, and a lobby where families can watch every session. The Ice Shack is home base for The Mental Goalie and is growing into a full training facility with player skills and skating development.
Camps, clinics and one-on-one sessions with The Mental Goalie, built around technique and the mental game.
New small group sessions for puck handling, passing and shooting, with more reps in every hour.
New sessions on stride, edges and balance that give every skater a stronger base.
Book the whole rink for a private lesson, a small group practice or a family skate.
Book the whole rink for a private lesson, a small group practice or a family skate. A smaller sheet means more touches, more shots and more reps in every session.
Austin Christopher and The Mental Goalie call The Ice Shack home. Camps, clinics and one-on-one sessions build technique and the mental game, with the close attention a small sheet allows. Sending your goalie to a summer camp? Come see the full facility first.
